At Lizard Thicket, we want you to love your boutique finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 14 days; please note that jewelry and sale items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the generated shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email for the full value of the returned merchandise.
